INDYCAR and Parkside Cards Join Forces for Exciting Trading Card Series Launch

As the much-anticipated 2024 INDYCAR season approaches, racing enthusiasts can now get even more excited with the news of a thrilling partnership between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards. This three-year collaboration, kicking off on March 1, will introduce an exciting trading card series that aims to bring fans closer to the action through a range of collectibles, contests, and giveaways, promising to enhance the overall race weekend experience.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans at race events, in retail stores, and online, with the company poised to engage fans through numerous exciting initiatives. Some of the highlights include redemption cards where lucky collectors can exchange them for signed memorabilia, as well as a contest offering a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500.

Parkside Cards, already renowned for its card collections for the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its portfolio with this motorsport partnership. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, will contain 20 packs, each including eight cards, guaranteeing two autographed cards per box. Additionally, retail hanger packs will feature 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

Adding to the excitement, the collection will include unique relic cards that contain actual brick pieces from the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway, offering a tangible piece of racing history for fans to treasure. The base set will consist of 162 cards, bolstered by a special 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, along with other thematic inserts like Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT. Autographs from 27 different drivers will be available, with special Blue, Black, and limited edition 1/1 Gold parallels, making the series even more desirable for collectors.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for this new partnership, emphasizing the significance of trading cards as a way for fans to connect with their favorite motorsport stars. Miles believes that the upcoming INDYCAR card series will offer fans a dynamic and interactive way to engage with the personalities and talents that make the sport so thrilling.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes are already in full swing, as the racing season gears up to kick off in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This exciting collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards marks a new, innovative development for racing enthusiasts and collectors alike, promising a fresh and interactive way to celebrate the thrilling world of INDYCAR racing.
