Whatnot Rewards Club Elevates Buyer-Seller Experience

Whatnot is embarking on an exciting journey with the introduction of their ingenious Rewards Club. This newly launched initiative is set to revamp the buyer-seller interaction landscape through a systematic loyalty program that not only simplifies transactions but also adds a sprinkle of excitement with rewards and recognitions.

**What is Rewards Club?**

The Rewards Club is a groundbreaking loyalty program that caters to both buyers and sellers. It aims to elevate the selling experience by allowing sellers to track buyer interactions effectively while offering enticing rewards. This program, always active, serves as a bridge to foster stronger connections between buyers and sellers ultimately leading to increased purchases.

**Customizable for Sellers**

Recognizing the individuality of every seller, Whatnot’s Rewards Club is designed to be highly flexible. Sellers have the freedom to customize the loyalty program to align with their unique community and business objectives, ensuring a tailored experience for their users.

**Program Structure**

The Rewards Club boasts an elaborate structure consisting of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier demands a specific number of achievements to unlock, allowing sellers to set personalized thresholds based on their requirements. From shows watched to purchases made or amounts spent, achievements cover a wide spectrum, making the program engaging and inclusive.

**Rewards and Benefits**

Unlocking tiers in the Rewards Club opens the door to a plethora of perks including status badges, coupons (in dollar value, percentage, or free shipping), and exclusive access to tier-only events. Membership into this exclusive club is automatic upon successfully completing the required achievements, making it a seamless process for all.

**Seasonal Resets**

To keep the excitement alive and provide sellers with the opportunity for refinement, the Rewards Club undergoes a seasonal reset every three months. This structured schedule comprising winter, spring, summer, and fall ensures sellers can continuously enhance their offerings and keep the engagement levels high.

**Why It’s Customizable**

The Rewards Club’s adaptability is a key feature that caters to the diverse needs of sellers. By enabling sellers to set achievement thresholds and select rewards that resonate with their business goals, the program ensures a personalized and effective loyalty strategy for each participant.

**Managing Tiers and Achievements**

Through the Rewards Club, sellers can create and modify achievements that buyers must accomplish to progress through the tiers. Sellers have the flexibility to start their program at any point within a season and make necessary adjustments at the end of each cycle to optimize performance.

**Beta Testing and Launch**

The beta phase for the Rewards Club runs until August 31, paving the way for the official launch of Season 1 on September 1. During the beta testing period, sellers have the liberty to tweak their tiers and even cancel the program by reaching out to their Account Manager or the Whatnot Support team.

**Getting Started**

To secure early access for editing tiers in preparation for the Season 1 launch, interested participants can join the waitlist by visiting the Whatnot platform and signing up for the program.

**Seller Requirements**

For sellers keen on joining the Rewards Club, certain criteria must be met:

– Processed 50 or more non-giveaway orders

– Earned over $1,000 on the Whatnot platform

– Minimum 30 days of active selling on Whatnot

– Maintained a seller rating of 4.8 or higher

– No violation offenses beyond the first instance in any category

**For Buyers**

Buyers seamlessly become members of a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase, gaining access to coupons and rewards that can be conveniently managed through the dedicated Rewards Club overview page. Notably, purchases made using coupons are considered final, ensuring transparency and accountability in transactions.

**Tracking Achievements**

Achievements within the program are based on the total amount spent, inclusive of taxes and shipping fees. It’s important to note that discounts applied through coupons do not contribute towards achieving spending milestones, maintaining fairness and accuracy in the assessment.

**Privacy and Visibility**

To uphold user preferences, members have the option to display or conceal their Rewards Badges during live shows, ensuring a personalized and privacy-centric experience for all participants.

**Questions and Support**

As the Rewards Club unfolds its myriad benefits, Whatnot remains committed to providing comprehensive support and guidance to all users. For any questions or assistance, individuals are encouraged to reach out to the dedicated support team for prompt and effective resolutions.
